At the center of LAUNCHKIT is the web app—a digital platform that guides you through the Hourglass Project Development Process.
The data you submit is pre-processed by our analytical system, allowing for increased efficiency (and thus, reduced costs).
Data is then presented to a dedicated project coach for review, who will offer additional personalized insights and comments.
A series of robust deliverables (like business plans, marketing plans, and design briefs) are created for your project.

What is LAUNCHKIT?
LAUNCHKIT is your strategy consultant, in an app—designed to guide you through a rigorous project development process, LAUNCHKIT converts the answers you submit into insights, recommendations, and comprehensive reports.
How does LAUNCHKIT work?
You (or your project team) complete a series of forms at your own pace using a portal on our site. You'll be assigned a project coach, who will review the info and send back additional questions or comments. Then we'll compile your findings into a final report that will assess your project's viability on multiple domains. We'll help you gain a better understanding of your project's target audience, your team's capacity, the initial financial projections, and most importantly, your project's overall viability. Think of this process like working with a remote consultant—all of the expertise without the costs associated with an in-person session.
What project stages can LAUNCHKIT support?
As a new project, LAUNCHKIT is constantly growing and expanding. At this time, LAUNCHKIT consists of two modules focusing on pre-launch project ideas. Additional modules covering later project stages are currently in development. Our goal is to support your project from ideation to exit.
Is this a business plan?
Module 01: Prelaunch will provide you with a viability report that shares many features with a more formal business plan. The purpose of this report, however, is to help you understand your project's viability so you can better address any vulnerabilities. It does not outline your business goals and activities over the next few months and years. It can, however, serve to jump start the creation of a business (or project) plan.
